Noir Votes

Rules & Regulations

Along with a drink order, guests at Noir will receive a ballot to vote for one of the 2008 presidential candidates. At the end of each week, Noir will tally the votes and display the results. Each month, one guest’s ballot will be randomly selected to be Noir’s “President of the Month.”

 

The President will have their name, picture, and “platform” posted on the Noir website. Each month’s President will win the following:

A party for the President and up to six (6) friends

 

A one night stay at The Charles Hotel

At the end of November, Noir will host a “President’s Party” for all the monthly winners and four of their “Cabinet Members.”

 

Must be 21 to enter

 

The president’s party and overnight room are subject to availability. The party has a $150 maximum value.
